How to get certificate
To award a certificate for this online course, please ensure that you have finished all of the questions and you have clicked all the "Submit" buttons to submit your answers in the part of "Quiz, feedback and certificate", multiple attempts are allowed.
Attendance Certificate
To award an Attendance Certificate, learners should complete a course and fill in the feedback form in the part of "Quiz, feedback and certificate" and click "submit". An attendance Certificate will be sent to the email address you have provided in the form.
CNE Certificate (for Hong Kong Nurses only)
For nurses who would like to request for a CNE certificate awarded with CNE points, passing score in the quiz must be reached (i.e. 50 out of 100). He/She should complete a course and fill in the feedback form in the part of "Quiz, feedback and certificate" and click "submit". A CNE certificate will be forwarded to you via e-email within 3 months upon verification of assessment result.
