Guide and recipe to prevent dementia: Choices of exercises and diet

Introduction:
Despite the advance of medical technology, there is still no cure to dementia. As disease progress, the cognitive and self-care ability of people with dementia will deteriorate. Besides, the prevalence of dementia also increases due to population aging, which further aggravates the severity of the disease and imposes a great burden to our society. Thus there is a growing concern of general public on how to minimize the risks of dementia. Actually, through lifestyle changes, simply as diet and exercise, can reduce the risk of getting dementia. This public seminar aims at facilitating general public to know how to reduce the risk of dementia through exercise and proper diet.
