CTP001-Successful Aging and Intergenerational Solidarity Staying active to achieve successful aging
Introduction:
Activity is a part of our life. The older people will have more time for activity after retirement. However, some older people think they have some aging changes and too old that they are not suitable to participate in any activities. In fact, ‘staying active’ has lots of benefits to the older people. From these benefits, older people are not only physically healthier but also happier. They will have a better sense of well-being and then achieve successful aging. The aims of this public seminar are to explain the benefits of staying active; to introduce the activities that are suitable for the older people and to give practical tips on the choosing the activities for oneself.
